TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP Presents New TKHP Series of Cable Carriers

TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP has unveiled its new TKHP series of cable carriers, designed for reliable and efficient routing of cables and hoses in high-performance applications with travel lengths of up to 1,500 m in harsh conditions.

The TKHP series is engineered for heavy-duty use, offering maximum sturdiness, minimal maintenance requirements, and an extremely long service life. The carriers are available in two specifications — TKHP 85 and TKHP 90 — each offered with different inner heights and variants including gliding, rolling (R), and rolling with roller damping (RSD).

Key design elements such as a symmetrically positioned longitudinal axis improve force transmission and reduce torque at turning points, while encapsulated stroke systems, dirt-resistant outer contours, and reinforced pin connections enhance overall robustness. The TKHP series is suitable for demanding applications like port cranes and bulk material transport systems.

According to Peter Pütz, Vice President of Marketing & Innovation, the series places a strong emphasis on durability and smooth operation, with features such as innovative roller damping that reduces wear and noise.
