Gore Joins Team FLRAA as Wire & Cable Supplier for U.S. Army’s FLRAA Program

W. L. Gore & Associates, a global leader in aerospace cables and materials, has officially joined Team FLRAA as a wire and cable supplier for the U.S. Army’s Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) program. This collaboration brings Gore’s advanced high-speed data cables, durable power enablers, and high-frequency RF assemblies to one of the Army’s most ambitious aviation modernization efforts.

The FLRAA program—led by Bell Textron Inc.—aims to deliver a next-generation vertical lift aircraft capable of flying with greater range, speed, and operational flexibility compared with conventional rotorcraft. Team FLRAA unites key suppliers to address technical challenges, improve survivability, and enhance overall mission performance.

Gore’s robust portfolio is expected to provide critical interconnect and connectivity solutions supporting integrated avionics, navigation, and mission systems. These technologies enable real-time data sharing, system reliability, and rapid decision-making in complex environments essential to future battlefield operations.
